Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened and cut into cubes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic salt
  • Optional garnish: green onions or crumbled blue cheese

Method
 

  1. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and microwave for 15 to 20 seconds until slightly softened for easier melting.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, shredded cheese, and garlic salt to the slow cooker. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 1 to 2 hours, stirring once or twice, until the dip is fully heated and smooth.
  4. Stir the dip well before serving to make sure everything is evenly blended.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with green onions or blue cheese if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
