Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, cheddar, bacon, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Toss dressing with pasta mixture until coated. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Chill at least 1 hour for best flavor and texture
- Cut broccoli into small pieces for easy bites
- Stir before serving if dressing settles
- Add a splash of milk or mayo if it thickens too much
- Store covered in the fridge up to 4 days
