Method
- Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, and seasonings in a large skillet.
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, pasta, and broth and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer until pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cheese until melted and serve warm.
Notes
- Stir pasta during cooking to prevent sticking
- Let rest briefly before serving to thicken
- Reheat leftovers with a splash of broth
