Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • ¾ cups red grapes, halved
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup celery, thinly sliced
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Whisk mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken, grapes, pecans, and celery. Toss to coat.
  3. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve cold on a croissant, in lettuce wraps, or with crackers.

Notes

  • Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Swap half the mayo for Greek yogurt to lighten it up.
  • Toast the pecans for more flavor.
  • Best served chilled.
