Method
- Combine onion powder, paprika, and cumin and rub evenly over the ribs.
- Mix garlic, dark soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and honey until combined. Brush over ribs, reserving some sauce.
- Cut ribs in half and place in the slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or High for 4 to 5 hours, brushing with reserved sauce every hour.
Notes
- Cut ribs in half to fit easily in the slow cooker
- Brush with extra sauce during cooking for the best flavor
