Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 eggs
  • cup melted butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with grease or parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas and mix with the eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gently fold into the banana mixture until just combined.
  4. Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Very ripe bananas produce the best flavor.
  • Do not overmix the batter.
