Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 4 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion optional
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Place shredded cheddar in a mixing bowl
  2. Stir in mayonnaise, pimentos, onion, Worcestershire, and cayenne
  3. Mix until creamy and well combined
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving
