Method
- Boil eggs and let sit in hot water until set.
- Cool completely, then peel and slice in half.
- Mash yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Fill egg whites and sprinkle with paprika before serving.

- Can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead
- Store covered in the refrigerator
- Best served chilled
