Old Fashioned Classic Deviled Eggs

These classic deviled eggs are creamy, smooth, and made the old fashioned way with simple ingredients. A timeless appetizer that belongs on every holiday and potluck table.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Paprika, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs and let sit in hot water until set.
  2. Cool completely, then peel and slice in half.
  3. Mash yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill egg whites and sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes

  • Makes 24 deviled eggs
  • Can be prepared up to 24 hours ahead
  • Store covered in the refrigerator
  • Best served chilled
